Green Goobé Returns and Refunds Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

In the event we have sent you a wrong item please contact us so we can rectify this error.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and transferred to the source of original payment.

Other than defective, damaged or wrong items shipped, please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as our household cleaners, concentrates, customised products (such as special orders or personalised items), personal care goods (such as hand wash etc), sale items and gift cards.
